FOR ENDURANCE WALKERS

4 miles roundtrip with a 600-foot elevation gain. This endurance trail includes Bible Point and Wind River Trails, and it circles the border of the YMCA property. Hiking boots are required and must be broken in prior to the hike. Can walk a 15-minute mile pace. Exercise 3-5 days weekly, at least 30 minutes. Can run 1 city block non-stop. Women who don't meet required fitness guidelines will be asked to join a different hike for the safety of the group.
